The “Old Smokehouse,” as it’s commonly reffered to by locals, was the home of some of the finest smoked hams and turkeys in the region. Since the 1940s, the Sharp family produced meats and other farmhouse delicacies on Kessler Mtn. for sale all across the Ozarks. For about the last 20 years, this landmark has served as a space for ecology education, theater, retail, design, and much more.

Smokehouse Cycles is located in the “Slicing and Packing” room, which was traditionally kept below 60’F and served as the last stop before meat shipped out of the Smokehouse. We are proud to open these refrigerator doors to our friends and neighbors. We hope to serve as a community hub for trail users and all members of the community.
